5 game guarantee, balls furnished, high school certified umpires, 1st - 2nd - 3rd place team trophies. 1st & 2nd place Individual Awards. All World Teams & MVP selected.
3 game pool play - double elimination bracket play. Pool play will begin Thursday evening July 19th gift swap with 1st opponent. Friday morning resumes pool play. Friday evening Double elimination bracket will be posted based on seeding from pool play. Saturday morning bracket play begins. Sunday Bracket play continues with Championships being Sunday afternoon.
Games will be played at:
Beautiful Winged Deer Park, White Top Park
Johnson City, Tennessee. Bristol, Tennessee
These parks are 20 minutes apart.
Thursday morning will kick things off with a Managers Breakfast. This will be to check-in, discuss rules, answer questions. Following this meeting will be a Team Mom meeting with the Tourism Commission. Thursday afternoon will be the Team Parade at Winged Deer Park. Teams will be introduced and will swap pins at this time.
Other activities will include: Friday evening at the Host Hotel we will have a team social / pizza party with DJ and music, We will have a guest speaker speak about the recruiting process. We will offer Skills Set competitions.
